Riley Fitzpatrick is an associate at Neiman Mays Floch & Almeida PLLC. She focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and high-stakes disputes in state and federal court.
Before joining NMFA, Riley practiced at an international trial and litigation firm, where she focused on federal commercial and intellectual property litigation matters for high-profile individuals and corporations.
Riley earned her J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with Honors, where she served as Executive Symposium Editor of the Florida Law Review. She received her B.S. in Public Relations with a concentration in Crisis Communications from the University of Florida with Honors.
Riley is admitted to practice in Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
