Jordan Esteban is an associate at Neiman Mays Floch & Almeida, PLLC, where he represents clients in complex commercial litigation, high-stakes disputes, and civil and criminal tax matters. Known as a problem-solver, Jordan takes a trial-driven approach to resolving disputes, always keeping the end result in mind.

Jordan began his career as a Trial Attorney with the U.S. Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where he managed his own federal civil tax docket from day one. He tried cases to verdict, prevailed on dispositive motions, and secured favorable settlements that generated millions of dollars in revenue for the U.S. Treasury. His performance earned him the Attorney General's 2022 Special Commendation and 2023 Outstanding Attorney Award.

Before joining NMFA, Jordan practiced at a boutique trial and litigation firm, where he defended a Fortune 500 company in a billion-dollar Ponzi scheme case and represented clients in a wide range of disputes, including breach-of-contract matters, alleged restaurant antitrust violations, international arbitration for a global hotel company, trademark litigation, and catastrophic personal injury cases. In addition to his litigation practice, he managed the firm's law clerk program, spearheading mentorship and training initiatives to ensure consistent excellence across the team.

Jordan earned his J.D. in 2020 from Florida International University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude and in the top 5% of his class. At FIU, he served as Articles Editor of the FIU Law Review, sat on the journal's Business Committee, and was a Regional Champion in the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition. He received his B.S. in Finance from Case Western Reserve University, where he excelled academically and athletically as captain of the varsity football team.

Deeply committed to service, Jordan has volunteered as a football coach at Paul Laurence Dunbar High School in Washington, D.C.; co-founded OneGen, Inc. to promote youth professional development; mentors students at his alma mater, Belen Jesuit; speaks at the HNBF Future Latino Leaders Summer Law Institute; and mentors young lawyers through the Cuban American Bar Association.

Fluent in Spanish and dedicated to delivering exceptional client service, Jordan embodies a steadfast commitment to excellence, integrity, and advocacy in the legal profession.
