Bryan A. Almeida is a founding partner of Neiman Mays Floch & Almeida, PLLC, a litigation boutique specializing in complex civil litigation and white-collar defense, trial advocacy, and crisis and reputation management. Bryan's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including IP disputes; breach-of-contract disputes; shareholder rights and partnership divorces; fiduciary claims; employment matters; and a wide range of business torts, including trade-secret misappropriation, tortious interference, unfair competition, and professional malpractice. Bryan regularly represents plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts nationwide, and his representations often implicate cross-border legal disputes across several tribunals.
Bryan is a Miami native, a graduate of Belen Jesuit Preparatory School, and a graduate of Georgetown University Law Center. Bryan began his legal career at an AmLaw 200 law firm in Miami, focusing on the representation of financial institutions and high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial lawsuits, arbitrations, and appeals. Most recently, Bryan spent half a decade as an associate attorney at Marcus Neiman Rashbaum & Pineiro LLP, a preeminent South Florida trial boutique.
Bryan is fluent in Spanish. He is meticulous in his analysis of legal issues but also ruthlessly practical in his approach to communication, management, and the representation of his clients' interests. He is a client-first advocate who understands that effective advocacy is not confined to the courtroom, but crosses over into his clients' relationships with their partners, the media, and the community. Bryan prides himself in regularly working against—and keeping up with—some of the largest, most well-respected law firms in the country, helping his clients achieve favorable results in all types of lawsuits, crises, and sensitive situations.
